Gerald Gene Wold August 6, 1937 - - - 29 December 29, 1989 Gerald, 52, of Brighton Mi, formerly of Brainerd, Mn. died Friday, Dec 29, 1989 in Ann Arbor Mi. Mr. Wold was head chemist at Inmont Corp.. Detroit Mi. He was born on Aug. 6th, 1937, to Clarence and Mildred Wold. Mr. Wold attended Brainerd schools, graduating from Brainerd Junior College. He received his bachelor's and master's degrees in chemistry from North Dakota State University, Fargo, North Dakota. He then attended Wayne State University in Detroit. Mr. Wold married Sharon Giese in 1967. He was a member of St Patrick's Catholic Church in Brighton Mi. He is survived by his wife Sharon, sons, Michael and Eric, his parents; three brothers , Clarence of Niles Mi; Jay, St, Paul and Darrell, Brainerd;and 2 sisters, Muriel Coy , Portland ,Ore., and Nancy Petrussen, Brainerd. Services were held at St. Patricks Catholic Church, Brighton and the Missionary Alliance Church, Oylen, Minn.
